What?Is that not why they get paid? I get no incentives, no bonus. I get a paid every 2 weeks. That is my incentive.

Make company payrolls a matter of public record. Let the media raise hell and the public can decide. If people are genuinely outraged at the distribution of wealth in a particular company they can curtail that company’s profits by refusing to buy their product. This keeps CEOs in check without interference from the government.
