How would someone contact the U.S. Border Patrol via e-mail ?

I’m confused by your phobia just to call them. It’s highly possible they don’t have a general email contact because it would get so inundated with emails, concerns wouldn’t be handled in a timely manner.
I’m not sure why you don’t want to call them but you can always buy a pay as you go cell phone and it won’t be trackable if you’re trying to stay anonymous.
