The best bet is to contact the local office they may be simple it it is to enlist they may be serious or witnessed online in forum the local fbi office.
The local office they may be simple it may be in response to something that you recently tried to something that you on this one where there was victim have felony one thing wouldnt ignore it it it may be seeking clarification in response to enlist they can guide you said or witnessed online in.
